With so many different diets to choose from, it often comes down to lifestyle and expected results. You want to pick a diet that’s right for you and most importantly, you want to see that it works for people similar to yourself. Here’s 15 amazing before and after pictures showing real life Weight Watchers results.

Expected Weight Loss

While everyone’s story and weight loss journey is a little different, there are some common threads among Weight Watchers success stories. When looking through the Weight Watchers results pictures you’ll notice a few things:

1) Most begin with a large weight loss goal (often over 50 pounds)
2) Most stick to the program for long periods of time

It’s rare to see a before and after picture of someone going from overweight to a ripped fitness model with Weight Watchers because that isn’t the intent of the program. WW is a long term weight management program encouraging you to make sustained diet and exercise changes to keep the weight off permanently.

So, there aren’t any “I lost 30 pounds in two weeks” kind of success stories because WW isn’t intended to be an extreme weight loss program.

But you’ll see lots of healthy, long term members, who have lost well over 70 pounds using Weight Watchers.

Need to lose 10 pounds fast?

Try this three week diet. It has detailed meal and exercise plans to help you lose 5-7 pounds in the first week, and up to 20 pounds after three weeks.

Just posting #transformationtuesday with minutes to spare. ? Tonight I was talking to my sister about what I wanted to post on this Instagram and looking through old photos. I came across the photo of me on the left and I literally had to ask my sister if I looked good in that photo. I honestly couldn’t tell if I was “skinny” or “fat”. The truth is I have lost 35 lbs and I have really struggled these last couple of weeks to stay motivated. I always forget how much weight I lost and I think that I’m bigger than I actually am. I often say to myself “ohh you still weight ***” (my starting weight I’m not ready to share?) The picture of the left was from the worst time in my life weight wise and it would only continued to get worse the rest of summer ‘17. I was starting to work 2 jobs. One being a waitress who worked 5 pm- 5am and I probably consumed well over 2,000 calories in those 12 hours. I completely lost every single healthy thing I learned. I probably thought that I was legitimately trying to better myself by going to the gym twice a week. When really did it matter when I was eating every fried thing in reach and fast food 7 days a week? I have came so far from that summer. This transformation Tuesday was just the push to for me to get my motivation back. Putting two pictures together makes you actually see how far you have came. I have lost 35 lbs!! And even if I have been a little off these past couple of weeks I have kept 35 lbs off!! I’m ready to hit the 40 lb mark and I’ll probably cry tears of joy when 50 lb mark comes. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY This is a reality check. I always keep telling myself that I really haven’t changed much but the photo on the right popped up in my memories a few days ago and it really hit me. I needed this, I needed to realize how far I’ve come because honestly I’ve been thinking of throwing in the towel ? if you’re in a rut, do the same, look back on things. It’ll help you realize how far you’ve come ?￰゚マᄐ • • • • • #weightlossjourney #accountability #weightwatchersfamily #weightwatchersjourney #ww #weightwatchers #wwrecipes #wwigfam #wwlife #wwaccountability #wwcommunity #wwstrong #wwigfamily #weightwatcherssupport #weightwatchersworks #weightwatchersonline #weightwatcherscanada #weightloss #realfood #motivation #ihavegoals #support #supporteachother #notadiet #down50pounds #icaneatwhatiwant #selfcare #healthylifestyle #transformationtuesday

Never thought I would wear a hot pink bridesmaids dress and feel 100% confident in it! To the left, my heaviest. To the right, my lightest. I still have about 12lbs to reach my goal but @ww has given me the strength to keep working towards my goal! ? ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #wwfooddiary #wwfamily #wwfollowers #foodie #weightwatcherscommunity #weightwatcher #weightwatchers #weightwatchers360 #weightwatchersfreestyle #weightwatcherslife #transformationtuesday #weightlossjourney #weightwatchersfreestyle #weightwatchersworks #weightwatchersonline #weightwatcherssmartpoints #wwbeyondthescale #wwtailgatestyle #healthyeating #weightwatchers #ww #weightwatchersfreestyle #weightlosstransformations

Happy #transformationtuesday! I remember seeing the pic on the left and was mortified…I had been in such denial!! I was already down 40lbs, but it really hit me how unhealthy I had let myself become. A few weeks later, I signed up for @ww and haven’t looked back! I’m still trying to hit that goal, but I’m not where I started and the health and knowledge I’ve gained is priceless! ❤️ #ww @ww #weightwatchers #wwinspiration #wwfamily #weightwatchersisterhood #weightwatchersworks #livelifefully #wwcommunity #wwfooddiary #weightwatcherstransformation #freestyleeffect #wwsisterhood #wwjourney #wwnurses #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #beyondthescale #becauseitworks #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #ww #wwfreestyle #wwreimagined #wellnessthatworks

Happy Tuesday my friends! The picture on the left popped up on my Facebook memories this morning from 2016. I was a few months on @ww and feeling really good about my progress so far. Flash forward to 2019 and feeling leaner and slimmer than ever ✨ . #transformationtuesday . *People who follow the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2lbs per week. I lost weight on a prior program and will continue on Freestyle . #weightwatchers #WeAreWW #WWAmbassador #WWFreestyle #ww #weightloss #wwjourney #weightlossjourney #weightwatchersworks #wwmoms #wwig #healthy #wellnessthatworks #healthyliving #becauseitworks #wellness #fitness #goals #losingweight #wwcommunity #weightlossmotivation #smartpoints #healthychoices #healthyfood #wwcommunity #fitspo #weightlosstransformation #orangetheory #wwlifestyle #100poundsdown @ww

Seeing yourself in the mirror every day makes it difficult to see how.much progress you've made on your journey. But then you find pictures from before you started eating healthier, trying to be more active, and drinking more water. @ww helps you with all of those things, including losing weight. I've lost 30lbs so far, and I almost gave up because I wasn't seeing progress. If you feel like giving up, this is me telling you: PLEASE DON'T! Keep going! It may take time, but it's honestly worth the wait. . . . . . . #ww #wwfreestyle #weightwatchers #weightwatchersworks #becauseitworks #wellnessthatworks #wellnessworks #wwturtleclub #wwapp #wwfamily #wwfam #wwcommunity #weightlossjourney #facetofacefriday #losingweight #makingchanges #healthylifestyle #healthyeating #dontgiveup #wwsister #wwmassachusetts #wwonline #weareww
