How To Choose Ketogenic Diet Foods
On a ketogenic diet, you’re limited to 20-30 net carbs per day. This quickly eliminates food you may be accustomed to eating everyday like rice, bread, cereals and pasta.
This will also eliminate most fruit (even though it’s considered healthy), and certain high carb vegetables.
So what can you eat, right?
Even though this is a low carb diet, it isn’t a high protein diet. Eating too much protein can actually slow down the process of ketosis which is the whole point of a keto diet.
