CrossFit Workouts You Can Do At Home

The people are smiling, laughing and rolling around on the floor like kids. There’s a definite CrossFit culture, and those who fall in love with the activity truly do enjoy it.
CrossFit Basics
CrossFit is best viewed as a competition with yourself. When you begin a routine your goal is to beat your reps, or time, from your last effort.
Workout Of The Day
Workout routines are given names as a simple way to standardize and identify routines. For Example:
“Cindy”
20 minute workout where you try to complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
You would record how many rounds of Cindy you were able to complete in twenty minutes, and the next time you give it a try your goal is to beat your personal record.
