Choosing a snack on the Atkins diet can be surprisingly difficult. The list of meat, and protein products, are extensive for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But what about snacks? What do you do when you can’t reach for a bag of potato chips anymore?

You only have 20 grams of carbohydrates for the entire day, so choosing one bad snack can ruin your entire day of dieting.

Below are the recommended snacks (Atkins product line), as well as the main low carb snacks most dieters keep stocked and ready for between meal cravings.

Atkins Snack Products

Atkins has their own line of products, to make choosing between meal snacks a little more convenient. It does come at a premium, and some of the items are a bit pricey. Many of their products will use “net carbs”, which is total carbs minus any fiber and sugar alcohol.
