The production of serotonin (which makes you feel happy), is believed to reduce your desire for food and reduce cravings.
There really aren’t any large studies supporting hoodia gordonii as an effective appetite suppressant, but there are definite side effects to using it. There are better options with known, and well studied, appetite suppressant properties for you to choose from.
