1) Almonds

Almonds are a tremendous source of what’s considered the healthy fat. Eating more almonds can help keep you trim and lower your cholesterol. When eaten in moderation, they offer a great calorie to fiber ratio meaning it can help satisfy your hunger cravings with just 20-30.

Recent studies have shown a more consistent weight loss with those people who snack on almonds compared to those who snack on carb heavy foods. Try to avoid negating the health benefits of almonds, and pass on the salted or honey glazed variety.
